At Ssupd, we stand by the quality of our PC cases and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and include all hardware components to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original box with all internal protective foam and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
